V-168 Double thread lockstitch seated type shoe-border stitcher

The V-168 is a seated type shoe machine designed for shoe-border stitching, shoe upper edge sewing, leather shoe sewing, and footwear production. This lockstitch machine adopts double thread lockstitch structure, providing strong, neat, and durable stitch results for different shoe sizes.

As a practical shoe machine, the V-168 is suitable for S, M, and L size shoes, covering applications from kids shoes to snow boots. This lockstitch machine offers 3–13mm stitch length and 1.5–6mm sewing thickness, making it flexible for various shoe materials and border sewing requirements.

This shoe machine uses CP×5 sewing needle and a shuttle hook with 26/11mm diameter and thickness, supporting stable stitch formation during daily production. With 150kg machine weight and 107×56×125cm overall size, this lockstitch machine provides stable operation for factory use.
