Case:
In Brazil’s knitwear market, T-shirts are produced in large volumes, and factories need to improve bottom hemming efficiency while maintaining stable stitch quality. Manual hemming often depends on operator skill, especially for tubular garments with varying elasticity.
For this project, a local Brazilian distributor selected the VMA V-W500APW-BHR Automatic T-shirt Bottom Hemming Machine. Designed for adult tubular T-shirts, it features an automatic guide system that ensures smoother fabric feeding and reduces manual adjustment. With this system, one operator can manage two machines, helping reduce labor reliance and improve production efficiency. Compared to traditional methods, it enables a more stable and standardized hemming process.
This solution helps Brazilian factory enhance efficiency, reduce manual work, and achieve more stable production quality. Through remote alignment with the local Brazilian distributor and on-site deployment, the factory transformed its production metrics within several weeks.

For this project, a Russian apparel supplier selected several VMA machines to optimize production.
